The final step in cleaning is the removal of excess saliva. In this process dentists insert a straw like thing in your mouth which will extract the extra saliva of your mouth. This method is also not painful but yes it is noisy. After the cleaning is done dentists will spray water in order to rinse the polishing agent. Then you are allowed to clean your mouth in the sink.
